# The Broadcasting (Limit in relation to Provision of Digital Programme Services) Order 2000, Article 2: Appointed Day


The Secretary of State hereby appoints 21st November 2000 as the appointed day for the purposes of paragraph 7(1) of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990.
