The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraphs 7(1) and (10) of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990f1, hereby makes the following Order:

1990 c. 42. Part III of Schedule 2 was substituted by paragraph 10 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1996 (c. 55).
