  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of errors in S.I. 1990/2389 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nBROADCASTING\nMade 30th September 1991\nLaid before Parliament 9th October 1991\nComing into force 1st November 1991\nIn exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 72(1)(b) and (3) of the Broadcasting Act 1990, I hereby make the following Order:",
