# The Broadcasting (Local Delivery Services) Order 1998, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Local Delivery Services) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 10th June 1998.
(2) In this Order “the 1990 Act” means the Broadcasting Act 1990 and “the 1996 Act” means the Broadcasting Act 1996.
