  "text": "A service which consists in the transmission for general reception by any person for the purpose of the delivery of any of the following services:\n(a) Channel 3;\n(b) Channel 4;\n(c) S4C;\n(d) Channel 5;\n(e) any local radio service;\n(f) any national radio service;\n(g) any restricted service;\n(h) any qualifying service;\n(i) S4C Digital; or\n(j) the qualifying teletext service.",
