  "text": "In section 32(4) of the Broadcasting Act 1981, for the purposes of Table A (Rates of Additional Payments in Respect of Advertising Revenue), the following amendments shall be made:\n(a) for “10 per cent” there shall be substituted “2.5 per cent”; and\n(b) for “£15 million” there shall be substituted “£25 million”.",
