# The Broadcasting (Programme Contractors' Additional Payments) Order 1991, Article 2


In section 32(4) of the Broadcasting Act 1981, for the purposes of Table A (Rates of Additional Payments in Respect of Advertising Revenue), the following amendments shall be made:
(a) for “10 per cent” there shall be substituted “2.5 per cent”; and
(b) for “£15 million” there shall be substituted “£25 million”.
