# The Broadcasting (Programme Contractors' Additional Payments) Order 1991, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 18th December 1991
Coming into force 1st January 1992
Whereas a draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by subsections (8) and (9)(d)of section 32 of the Broadcasting Act 1981, with the approval of the Treasury and after consultation with the Independent Television Commission, I hereby make the following Order:
