# The Broadcasting (Regional Programme-making and Original Productions) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Broadcasting (Regional Programme-making and Original Productions) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, and come into force on 1st January 2026.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
