Laid before Parliament 15th December 1994
Coming into force 5th January 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 13(2) and 200 of the Broadcasting Act 1990, after consultation with the Independent Television Commission, hereby makes the following Order:
