  "text": "In this Part of this Schedule—\n“the appointed day” means the appointed day referred to in paragraph 5, 7 or 14, as the case may be;\n“the existing enactments” means—\n(a) the 2006 byelaws;\n(b) the Broads Authority Speed Limit Byelaws 1992; and\n(c) section 94 of the 1907 Act.",
