# Broads Authority Act 2009, Paragraph 1


In this Part of this Schedule—
“the appointed day” means the appointed day referred to in paragraph 5, 7 or 14, as the case may be;
“the existing enactments” means—
(a) the 2006 byelaws;
(b) the Broads Authority Speed Limit Byelaws 1992; and
(c) section 94 of the 1907 Act.
