  "heading": "Meaning of “vessel” in certain byelaws",
  "text": "(1) The byelaws made under the 1988 Act and referred to in subsection (2) shall have effect as though for the definition of “vessel” there were substituted the definition of that expression in section 25 of that Act as amended by section 43(2) of, and paragraph 9(4) of Schedule 7 to, this Act.\n(2) Subsection (1) applies to the following byelaws—\nBroads Authority Speed Limit Byelaws 1992;\nBroads Authority Navigation Byelaws 1995;\nBroads Authority Vessel Dimension Byelaws 1995;\nBroads Authority Vessel Registration Byelaws 1997.",
