  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides that the Broads Authority is to be a competent harbour authority for the purposes of the Pilotage Act 1987 and the Order defines the area of its harbour for these purposes by reference to the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988.\nThe application for the Order is the Broads Authority, Thomas Harvey House, 18 Colegate, Norwich, Norfolk NR3 1BQ.",
