# The Broxtowe (Electoral Changes) Order 2023, Article 4: Alteration of county electoral divisions


(1) The area that ceases to be part of the parish of Kimberley and becomes part of the parish of Awsworth by virtue of the Council’s Order ceases to be part of the Nuthall & Kimberley county electoral division and becomes part of the Stapleford & Broxtowe Central county electoral division.
(2) The area that ceases to be part of the parish of Greasley and becomes part of the parish of Awsworth by virtue of the Council’s Order, ceases to be part of the Greasley & Brinsley county electoral division and becomes part of the Stapleford & Broxtowe Central county electoral division.
(3) Each area that—
(i) ceases to be part of the parish of Stapleford; and
(ii) becomes an unparished area,
by virtue of the Council’s Order, ceases to be part of the Stapleford & Broxtowe Central county electoral division and becomes part of the Bramcote & Beeston North county electoral division.
(4) The unparished area that becomes part of the parish of Stapleford by virtue of the Council’s Order, ceases to be part of the Bramcote & Beeston North county electoral division and becomes part of the Stapleford & Broxtowe Central county electoral division.
