# The Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments Scheme 1972, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


This scheme, which may be cited as the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments Scheme 1972, shall come into operation on 30th September 1972 and shall apply to the United Kingdom.
