# The Brucellosis Control (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into operation 12th January 2006
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development , makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 5(1), 10(6), 18(7), 19, 44, 46(7A) and 60(1) of, and paragraph 5(1) of Part I and paragraph 5(1) of Part II of Schedule 2 to, the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981.
