# The Brucellosis Control (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends Schedule 1 to the Brucellosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.
Under paragraph 2 of Schedule 1, certain markets are required to submit returns to the Department. The list of markets is amended by the removal of Ballyclare which has now closed and the inclusion of Ballymena.
