The amendments made by Articles 2(2) and 2(4) shall not have effect in relation to any animal slaughtered in accordance with Article 15 of the Brucellosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 where the notice requiring that slaughter was served pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article before 1st September 2012.
