# Brucellosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 2004, Article 22: Action in case of default

Extent: N.I.

Where a person fails to comply with any requirement imposed on him under this Order or by virtue of any licence, notice or approval issued under it, an inspector may, without prejudice to any proceedings arising out of such default, carry out or cause to be carried out those requirements.
