  "text": "Where a licence is required under this Order for the movement of a bovine animal or steer, the person in charge of the animal must, at the request of an officer, inspector of a local authority or police constable—\n(a) provide their name and address;\n(b) produce the licence; and\n(c) allow a copy or extract of the licence to be taken.",
