# The Brucellosis (England) Order 2015, Article 4: Restrictions on vaccination and therapeutic treatment

Extent: E+W

(1) No person may vaccinate bovine animals against brucellosis except—
(a) an approved veterinary surgeon; or
(b) a person to whom a licence has been issued for the purpose by an approved veterinary surgeon.
(2) No person may treat bovine animals for brucellosis.
