# The Brucellosis Incentive Payments Scheme 1977, Article 6: Reduction for milk production


If during the 12 months immediately preceding a qualifying day an eligible herd has produced a quantity of milk in respect of which a Milk Marketing Board has made payments under paragraph 4 of the Milk (Eradication of Brucellosis) Scheme 1970 as amended, the number of cows in that herd for which incentive payments may be made in respect of that qualifying day shall be reduced by such number as may be determined by the Minister.
