# The Brucellosis Incentive Payments Scheme 1977, Article 7: Application for payments


Applications for incentive payments shall be made in such manner and at such time as the appropriate Minister may direct, and no payments may be made to a herd owner until he has applied to the appropriate Minister in the manner and at the time directed.
