# The Brucellosis (Scotland) Amendment Order 2014, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 3rd March 2014
Coming into force 1st April 2014
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and section 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981 , and all other powers enabling them to do so .
