# The Brucellosis (Scotland) Order 2009, Article 11: Restrictions on the use of semen


Where a veterinary inspector reasonably believes that a bovine animal kept on any premises is or may be infected with brucellosis, the veterinary inspector may serve a notice on the owner or occupier of such premises, prohibiting the use of semen from such an animal, or restricting its use.
