Section 4 Issue of sum out of the Consolidated Fund for year ending 31st March 2003 and appropriation of that sum

The Department of Finance and Personnel may issue out of the Consolidated Fund and apply to the service of the year ending 31st March 2003 the sum of £3,936,009,000.
