  "text": "(1) The Department of Finance may borrow on the credit of the sum specified in section 4 any sum or sums not exceeding in total £5,040,806,000.\n(2) Any money so borrowed must be repaid, with any interest due on it, out of the Consolidated Fund not later than 31 March 2022.",
