# The Budget (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 (repealed), Article 3: Issue of sum out of the Consolidated Fund for year ending 31st March 2007 and appropriation of that sum

Extent: N.I.

(1) The Department of Finance and Personnel may issue out of the Consolidated Fund and apply to the service of the year ending 31st March 2007 the sum of £11,193,685,000.
(2) That sum is appropriated for the purposes specified in Schedule 1.
(3) The authorisation and appropriations in this Article supersede those in Article 6 of the Budget (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (c. 6) and Article 3 of the Budget (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (c. 12); and, in relation to any amount specified in column 2 of Schedule 1, any increase or decrease by virtue of this Article in the aggregate amount appropriated by those Articles is given in brackets after the amount.
