# The Budget (Scotland) Act 2001 (Amendment) Order 2002, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2001 (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on the day following that on which it is made.
(2) In this Order “the 2001 Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2001.
