# The Budget (Scotland) Act 2004 Amendment Order 2004, Article 2: Amendment of the Budget (Scotland) Act 2004


(1) The Budget (Scotland) Act 2004 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3) of this article.
(2) In section 3 (overall cash authorisations) in relation to the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body for “£87,759,000” substitute “£162,205,000”.
(3) In schedule 3 in column 2 (amount of resources other than accruing resources) in relation to the third purpose for “£111,317,000” substitute “£185,763,000”.
