Article 3 Amendment of Schedule 1 to the 2008 Act

(1)

Schedule 1 to the 2008 Act (the Scottish Administration) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) to (4).

In column 1 (purpose)–

(a)

in relation to the second purpose–

(i)

after “data sharing and standards” insert “support for the running costs of the Scottish Futures Trust;”;

(ii)

after “loans to Scottish Water and” insert “Scottish Water Business Stream Holdings”;

(iii)

after “planning” insert “planning and environmental appeals; architecture; buildings standards;”; and

(iv)

(b)
