Made 11th December 1984
Laid before Parliament 20th December 1984
Coming into Operation 21st January 1985
The Secretary of State for Transport, as regards England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as regards Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 139(4) of the Highways Act 1980, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
