  "text": "(1) Building regulations may make supplementary, incidental, transitional, transitory or saving provision.\n(2) Building regulations may make—\n(a) different provision for different purposes, and\n(b) different provision for different areas.\n(3) The power conferred by sub-paragraph (2)(a) includes in particular the power to make different provision for—\n(a) higher-risk buildings or proposed higher-risk buildings, or\n(b) higher-risk building work,\nand different provision for different descriptions of such buildings or work.\n(4) Nothing in sub-paragraph (3) is to be read as limiting the effect of section 34 (classification of buildings).",
