  "text": "(1) Building regulations may, for the purpose of facilitating compliance with any requirement of building regulations in relation to any work to which building regulations are applicable—\n(a) impose duties on relevant persons in connection with the planning or management of the work;\n(b) require relevant persons to co-operate with other relevant persons.\n(2) The following are “relevant persons” for this purpose—\n(a) any appointed person;\n(b) any prescribed person.",
