# Building Act 1984, Paragraph 13


For section 30(3)(a) and (b) of the Fire Precautions Act 1971 there is substituted—
“(a) section 71(1) to (4) of the Building Act 1984;”
(b) section 72 (except subsection (5)) of that Act;.
