  "heading": "Application to United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority.",
  "text": "(1) The provisions of section 44(1) and (4) to (10) above apply in relation to the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (in this section referred to as “the Authority”) as if—\n(a) the Authority were a Crown authority,\n(b) a building belonging to or occupied by the Authority were a Crown building, and\n(c) the references in subsection (1) to not being a Crown authority were references to being neither a Crown authority nor the Authority,\nbut the said provisions do not by virtue of this subsection apply in relation to dwelling-houses or offices belonging to or occupied by the Authority.\n(2) Subject to the said provisions as applied by subsection (1) above, building regulations and the enactments relating to building regulations do not apply in relation to buildings belonging to or occupied by the Authority, except dwelling-houses and offices.",
