  "text": "(1) In this Part of this Act—\n’amendment notice’ has the meaning given by section 51A(2) above;\n“final certificate” has the meaning given by section 51(1) above;\n“initial notice” has the meaning given by section 47(1) above;\n“plans certificate” has the meaning given by section 50(1) above;\n“public body” and “public body’s notice” have the meanings given by section 54(1) above;\n“public body’s final certificate” has the meaning given by paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to this Act;\n“public body’s plans certificate” has the meaning given by paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Act.\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) A reference in this Part of this Act to an initial notice given by a registered building control approver is a reference to a notice given by them jointly with another person as mentioned in section 47(1)(a) above.",
