  "text": "(1) In its application to inner London, this Part of this Act has effect subject to Part II of Schedule 3 to this Act.\n(2) Part III of Schedule 3 to this Act has effect with respect to building and the drainage of buildings in the inner London boroughs.\n(3) Part IV of Schedule 3 to this Act has effect with respect to the making of byelaws . . . —\n(a) for the inner London boroughs, with respect to certain matters, and\n(b) for the inner London boroughs, the Inner Temple and the Middle Temple, with respect to certain other matters.",
