Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of regulation 2(8) and Schedule 1, on 1st March 2003;

(b)

for the purposes of regulation 2(7), insofar as the amendment made by that paragraph requires the carrying out of sound insulation testing in relation to the erection of a dwelling-house or a building containing flats, 1st January 2004; and

(c)

for all other purposes, on 1st July 2003.
