  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.\n(2) In these Regulations—\n“the Act” means the Building Act 1984; and\n“the principal Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2000.",
