  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the SI of the same number and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nBuilding And Buildings, England And Wales\nMade 15th June 2011\nLaid before Parliament 22nd June 2011\nComing into force 15th July 2011\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) and paragraphs 1, 4, 4A, 7, 8 and 10 of Schedule 1 to the Building Act 1984, having consulted, in accordance with section 14(3) of that Act, the Building Regulations Advisory Committee and such other bodies as appear to the Secretary of State to be representative of the interests concerned.",
