  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Amendment) Regulations 2011.\n(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 15th July 2011.\n(3) In these Regulations—\n“the 2007 Regulations” means the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007;\n“the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010.",
