  "text": "Building And Buildings, England And Wales\nMade 7th March 2012\nLaid before Parliament 13th March 2012\nComing into force 6th April 2012\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) and paragraphs 1, 4, 4A, 7, 8 and 10 of Schedule 1 to the Building Act 1984, having consulted, in accordance with section 14(3) of that Act, the Building Regulations Advisory Committee for England and such other bodies as appear to the Secretary of State to be representative of the interests concerned.",
