  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nRegulation 2 updates the list of competent person schemes that appear in Schedule 3 to the Building Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/2214). A competent person scheme is a scheme that installers can register with to self-certify that their building work complies with the Building Regulations 2010.\nNo impact assessment has been produced for these Regulations as no impact, or minimal impact, on the public, private, or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
