  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Amendment) Regulations 2018.\n(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.\n(3) These Regulations do not apply to any building in Wales.\n(4) These Regulations come into force on 21st December 2018.",
