  "text": "Building Regulations\nMade 10th October 2012\nComing into operation 31st October 2012\nThe Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3 and 18(5) of the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 and now vested in it, and after consultation with the Building Regulations Advisory Committee and such other bodies as appear to be representative of the interests concerned, makes the following Regulations:",
