  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 (the principal Regulations) and they come into operation on 31st October 2012.\nThese Regulations amend Part A of the principal Regulations as follows—\nRegulation 3(2) has been amended and a new paragraph 3(4) has been introduced to prescribe a timescale for issuing a contravention notice under Article 18 of the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 in relation to work completed on plans deposited before the 31st October 2012.",
