# The Building (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016, Regulation 8: Amendment of Schedule 2 (Classes of exempted buildings)


For paragraph (a) in Class 1 of Schedule 2, substitute—
“(a) Any building in which explosives are manufactured or stored under a licence granted under the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.”.
