  "text": "(1) The title of these Regulations is the Building (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2018.\n(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.\n(3) These Regulations come into force on 1 November 2018.\n(4) In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2010”) means the Building Regulations 2010.",
